Offered every Saturday and Sunday, at 11 a.m., this tour introduces children between six and twelve to the world of art by exposing them to original works of art and their fascinating stories. Afterwards they have the opportunity to be creative in the studio while their parents are free to spend more time in the exhibition.

From their own living rooms, but almost as if they were in the museum, families and children can explore the French Impressionist collection together on a virtual tour. Museum educators use a zoom conference to guide visitors through the exhibition rooms and explain the works for the whole family. Participants large and small can ask questions or simply listen. With this live tour taking place every Sunday, you can enjoy the works of art in the collection in a relaxed and private environment.

The free Barberini App includes a special audio guide for children, which allows them to experience the museum in a completely different way. New stories, exciting ideas, and tricky challenges make a visit to the museum exciting for young visitors. The app also includes a children's accompanying tour for adults so that families can walk together from picture to picture.
